Business Consultant in Dubai

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Generate and convert leads into clients through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored advice on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).

2. Business Setup Advisory

• Guide clients on the end-to-end process of business setup, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on jurisdiction selection, shareholding structure, tax implications, and compliance matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and free zone officials to process client applications.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare and present proposals, packages, and pricing to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho) and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, free zone offers, and corporate law changes.
• Collaborate with the operations, renewals, and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Represent Black Swan in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate seminars.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business setup / company formation consultancy in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone licensing structures.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog) preferred.

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

• Monthly sales target achievement (AED revenue / number of new clients).
• Lead-to-client conversion ratio.
• Client satisfaction score (feedback/repeat business).
• Timeliness & accuracy of documentation and application submissions.
• Contribution to team growth and referrals.
