Job Summary

Expert for Africa LLC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Coordinator (Expert Level) to support and enhance business operations, coordination, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between departments, partners, and clients, ensuring smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, advanced coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple business functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily business operations across departments
  • Support senior management in executing strategic business plans
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Organize meetings, manage schedules, and maintain business calendars
  • Support procurement, contracts, and vendor coordination when required
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and market research

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business coordination, operations, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and organizational workflow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in multinational or multicultural environments is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
