Position Summary
Georgina Razo LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate internal workflows, and assist in business development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting management in executing business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
  • Support management in planning, organizing, and executing business activities
  • Maintain internal schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and service coordination
  • Prepare presentations, business reports, and operational summaries
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and basic contract tracking
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in small-to-medium business operations
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
