Position Summary
Georgina Razo LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate internal workflows, and assist in business development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting management in executing business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
- Support management in planning, organizing, and executing business activities
- Maintain internal schedules, reports, and documentation
- Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and service coordination
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and operational summaries
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and basic contract tracking
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in small-to-medium business operations
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
