What You’ll Do (The Role)
As our Business Coordinator, you will be the ultimate facilitator—connecting people, projects, and processes. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Operational Orchestration: Streamlining internal workflows and ensuring clear, efficient communication between different departments and upper management.
- Project Facilitation: Tracking project milestones, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring all team members have the resources they need to succeed.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serving as a reliable, professional liaison for clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Executive Support: Organizing high-level meetings, structuring agendas, capturing actionable minutes, and following up on critical deliverables.
- Documentation & Insight: Maintaining organized business records, preparing performance reports, and helping optimize company templates and procedures.
Who You Are (The Requirements)
We need someone who is detail-oriented but never loses sight of the big picture. Our ideal match has:
- Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, operations, project management assistant, or a similar administrative role.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Professional proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
- Tech Fluency: Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Teams).
- Problem-Solving DNA: Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of prioritizing tasks calmly under tight deadlines.
- Kuwait-Based: Must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable visa and be able to commute to our office in Al Farwaniyah.
