Business Coordinator to CEO / Executive Secretory to CEO (Female)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Business Coordinator to the CEO (Female). The ideal candidate must be a graduate or master’s degree holder, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage executive-level tasks efficiently. Candidates from E-commerce, Textile, or Retail ,sectors will be preferred; however, others with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in daily operations, planning, and coordination.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support in business tasks, project follow-ups, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across departments.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Graduate or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, Media, supply Chain )
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in E-commerce / Textile / Retail industry is a plus
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
