Business Data Analyst

The Business Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable business insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role will develop reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to management and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences. is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies. This role requires flexibility and collaboration, as the individual must be available to support and work across other areas within the Finance department when business needs require it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data validation, cleansing, and reporting processes.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and business metrics.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or similar are a plus.
