Business Data Analyst – Entry Level

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to help our team turn data into meaningful insights. You’ll work with business leaders to understand what information they need, analyze data from multiple sources, and create reports that help the organization track performance and make informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll help answer important business questions such as:
- How is the business performing against key goals?
- What trends or patterns are emerging in the data?
- Where are there opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs?
- What insights can help leaders make better decisions?
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Gather and organize data from internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Analyze information to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
- Build reports and dashboards for managers and stakeholders.
- Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and reliable.
- Work with team members to understand reporting requirements.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships, academic projects, or research work.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is helpful.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
