Business Data Management Specialist

Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Specialist to join our Business Data Management team. This role focuses on managing SKU data, reallocating shipping fees based on dimensional weight, and collecting sales and forecast data to support business planning. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to support evolving business needs such as sample management and operational processes. The position also includes implementing and testing automation to improve efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business data and contribute to process improvement within a dynamic team.

Job Duties

[Data Analysis]

  • Manage and utilize the SKU lists being sold by each team
  • Redistribute monthly shipping fees incurred by the division based on the dimensional weight of each SKU
  • Collect sales and forecast (FCST) order data for six months following the launch of the major devices

[Cost Management]

  • Monitor and optimize division expenses to ensure budget efficiency (e.g. manage monthly marketing expenses)

[Business Support]

  • Provide adaptable support for evolving business needs, such as executing the FOC process and managing sample devices

[Automation]

  • Implement automation for tasks currently performed manually
  • Assess the feasibility of automation implementation through meetings and follow-ups
  • Test and monitor the automation to verify proper operation and detect errors after implementation

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals with up to 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking skills, advanced writing and understanding skills
  • U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours

  • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Friday
