Business Developement Executive - Logistics Sales

India

Are you passionate about sales and logistics? We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify, pitch, and onboard companies that require reliable road transport and Full Truck Load (FTL) services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify businesses that require transportation services (manufacturers, distributors, traders, etc.)
  • Pitch FTL/Road Transport solutions and convert leads into clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, calls, and networking
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth delivery execution
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights

Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably logistics/transportation)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of FTL operations, road transport routes, and freight pricing is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
