Are you passionate about sales and logistics? We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify, pitch, and onboard companies that require reliable road transport and Full Truck Load (FTL) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that require transportation services (manufacturers, distributors, traders, etc.)
- Pitch FTL/Road Transport solutions and convert leads into clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, calls, and networking
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the operations team for smooth delivery execution
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably logistics/transportation)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of FTL operations, road transport routes, and freight pricing is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development
