SuperSolution is a bold, fast-moving creative agency that delivers powerful marketing, design, and brand solutions. We are expanding and looking for a Business Developer who can identify new opportunities, close deals, and help scale our client base.



🔹 Responsibilities

 • Identify and target new business opportunities across multiple industries.

 • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and partnerships.

 • Conduct outreach: calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn, networking events.

 • Present SuperSolution’s services and tailor solutions based on client needs.

 • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

 • Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence and professionalism.

 • Work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

 • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide business strategy.

 • Track performance metrics (conversion rate, pipeline value, new revenue, etc.) and report to management.

 • Represent SuperSolution at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events.



🔹 Requirements

 • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth roles — preferably in marketing, creative agencies, or digital media companies.

 • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 • Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and closing deals.

 • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

 • Fluent in Arabic and English.

 • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

 • Ability to work under pressure and hit monthly/quarterly targets.



🔹 Preferred Skills

 • Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content production.

 • Experience preparing commercial proposals and pricing packages.

 • Strong presentation skills.

 • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels.
