Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to expand company revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs
- Develop and deliver business proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, and online platforms
- Negotiate deals and close contracts
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and follow-up updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Developer / Sales Executive
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of working under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
