Vision Nexera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork and LinkedIn

Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's products and services

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development

Participate in sales meetings and presentations to clients

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities

Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders

Requirements (Your Experience):

2-3 years of experience in business development or sales


  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

MBA or advanced degree in business or related field

Professional certification in sales or business development

Experience working in the technology industry

Knowledge of sales automation tools and technologies

Fluency in multiple languages

Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
