We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Developer who can help us grow our client base, build relationships, and create new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands digital services, and wants to be a key part of a fast-growing agency.

You will work directly with the CEO and the operations team to bring in new leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Generate leads through outreach, follow-ups, and online platforms
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
  • Present services, proposals, and solutions in a simple, clear way
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Handle basic sales calls and client communications

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in speaking with clients and presenting ideas
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or CRM tools (preferred)
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organized records
  • Self-driven personality with a growth mindset
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
