Business Developer – Freelancing Platforms & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with a strong background in online bidding and client acquisition through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, along with proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will generate quality leads, close deals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Create and submit high-quality, tailored proposals to increase conversion rates.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research, lead building, and outreach.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, QA, marketing) for smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Track sales performance and optimize strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and bidding best practices.
- Prepare and manage reports for leads, conversions, and sales pipelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online bidding or sales on Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
- Proven success in closing deals and acquiring clients.
- Understanding of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to meet targets independently.
- Good grasp of digital marketing, sales funnels, and lead qualification processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or client servicing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards.
- Experience bidding on multiple freelancing platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, and retargeting.
- Ability to prepare project briefs, documentation, and onboarding materials.
