Job Summary

The business developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role involves promoting HalaPark’s smart parking solutions, developing business strategies, and supporting the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and retail sectors.
• Present and promote HALAPARK’s smart-parking solutions to potential clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure partnerships and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, strategic partners, and emerging market trends.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic(both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the UAE market (parking, mobility, tech, or real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
• UAE driving license preferred.
