We’re hiring an onsite Business Developer who knows how to win projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. If you understand how clients think, write proposals that convert, and can turn leads into long-term business, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Manage and optimize our profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
- Write targeted proposals that get fast replies and strong conversions
- Research and shortlist high-value projects
- Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery after the deal is closed
- What we need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Bidding on freelance platforms
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and pitch the right solution
- Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Experience with outreach tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Familiar with CRM and lead-generation tools is an advantage
