We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help grow company revenue. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, good at negotiation, and motivated to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Present company products/services to potential customers
  • Negotiate deals and close sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet monthly targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
