Business Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to turn prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry, e.g., technology, SaaS, finance, logistics]
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
