Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team and play a key role in selling EcomSprint’s online coaching and mentorship programs for eCommerce. This is a client-facing sales role that combines consultative selling with strategic business development. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our company’s growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and experienced in selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound strategies, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and challenges in eCommerce.
  • Present EcomSprint’s coaching and mentorship programs as tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize client acquisition funnels.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to support upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine program offers and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in coaching, consulting, digital marketing, or online education.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, consultative sales, and closing high-ticket deals.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, or online business growth is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
