Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager / Bidding Specialist to manage and apply for projects on our behalf across Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr Business. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify relevant projects, submit high-quality proposals, and generate qualified leads for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant jobs on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr Business
- Submit customized, high-converting proposals on our behalf
- Communicate with potential clients during initial discussions
- Understand project requirements and align them with our services
- Maintain daily activity on bidding platforms to keep profiles active
- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals
- Track proposals, responses, and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team for technical clarifications
- Maintain professionalism and platform compliance at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer.com, or Fiverr Business
- Strong understanding of proposal writing and client psychology
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to analyze job posts and apply strategically
- Familiarity with IT / Web / App / Digital services (preferred)
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing, UI-UX Graphic Designing
- Understanding of client budgets, timelines, and expectations
- Ability to qualify leads and filter low-quality projects

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
