• Experience: 0–2 years (We value hunger and "Upwork DNA" over just years on a resume).
• The Toolkit: You must be a "power user" of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Staff Augmentation models.
• The Skill: A proven track record of converting cold leads into high-value technical contracts.
