We are seeking a fresh Business Development Executive who can manage lead generation, execute targeted digital campaigns, utilise Sales Navigator effectively, and confidently close deals. The ideal candidate understands both marketing and revenue-focused sales and can make direct contributions to company growth.
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
- Create optimised funnels for lead generation and nurturing
- Manage analytics, track performance.
- Coordinate with design/content teams to produce engaging marketing assets
- Implement A/B testing and optimise campaigns for conversions
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, outreach, and pipeline building
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and product presentations
- Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into paying customers
- Meet monthly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and forecast sales accurately
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for closing
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, and lead nurturing
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
- Basic design or content creation understanding
- High-level understanding of B2B sales
