Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer, candidate will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads into sales opportunities and book qualified meetings through LinkedIn and hiring platforms like well-found, Himalayas, workable etc. while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads primarily via LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify companies hiring tech talent through job platforms
  • Schedule at least 10 qualified discovery meetings per week
  • Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline effectively

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
  • Proven experience in lead generation using LinkedIn
  • Understanding of hiring platforms and recruitment ecosystems
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with ownership mindset
