We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive sales and expand our client base for software services.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector

Manage and grow client relationships through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met

Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide market insights

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development for software or IT services

Hands-on experience managing Upwork or other freelance marketplace profiles

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Understanding of software development services, pricing models, and client expectations

Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
