Business Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive sales and expand our client base for software services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector
  • Manage and grow client relationships through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide market insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development for software or IT services
  • Hands-on experience managing Upwork or other freelance marketplace profiles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of software development services, pricing models, and client expectations
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
