About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional business developer to join THE TWELVE GATE REAL ESTATE BROKER team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, knowledgeable about the Dubai market, and skilled in building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and property listings.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes with accurate market insights.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales in line with company standards.
  • Maintain and grow a quality client database for long-term success.
  • Prepare and present tailored property proposals based on client needs and budgets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and update all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to maximize property exposure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in all client dealings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong client-focused mindset.
