Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (B2B) with solid experience in digital marketing and sales, capable of generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, founders, marketing managers).

Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals to convert leads into clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.

Prepare and negotiate quotations, service packages, and agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.

Track sales pipeline and report progress regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as:

Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, Branding, Web Development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client relationship & account management skills.

A goal-driven mindset and ability to close deals.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.

Having an existing network of potential clients is a plus.
