About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Developer (B2B) to drive new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients for software-based solutions.
  • Generate new projects by presenting company services and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Research emerging technologies and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B software or IT sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of software development processes and client requirements.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
