Job description

We’re seeking a B2B Business Developer to join our team and play a key role in scaling our enterprise outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
What You’ll Do:

Identify, engage, and close high-potential B2B opportunities
Develop and execute outreach strategies for new market segments
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align messaging and offers
Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling & lead nurturing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
