Business Development Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies that expand the company’s market presence and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and market outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
