Business Developer Executive - Software House

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Developer to help grow our client base through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have basic experience or understanding of LinkedIn marketing, freelance platforms, and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing (profile optimization, outreach, posting, connection building)
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to close deals
  • Maintain CRM records of leads and conversations
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • 0–6 months experience in business development or sales (freshers with skills can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • LinkedIn lead generation
  • Freelance bidding platforms
  • Email marketing tools (like Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience working in a software house or IT services company
  • Understanding of web/mobile app development services
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Familiarity with proposal writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
