Job Overview:

ExertLogics is looking for a motivated and confident Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet company targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh candidates with strong communication skills can also apply)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development industry
