Business Developer For Digital Marketing Agency

Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore

Real Funnels helps healthcare practices attract their ideal patients and grow their revenue through high-performance digital marketing systems.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s fluent in English, confident in communication, and experienced in cold calling and cold outreach through channels like email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Your Role:

• Reach out to healthcare practice owners (physiotherapists, chiropractors, dentists, etc.) to generate interest and book qualified meetings
• Conduct cold calls, send DMs, and follow up to convert prospects into clients
• Record short content pieces (e.g. clips, reels, or snippets) for our social media — you’ll be the face of Real Funnels in some of our business content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach campaigns and messaging
• Track and report outreach performance, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Confident communicator with a persuasive and natural speaking style
• Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn, and cold email outreach
• Comfortable on camera (you’ll be recording simple, short-form content)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn quickly
• Based in Lahore and available for onsite work

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working with a marketing agency
• Have previously dealt with healthcare or service-based businesses
