Business Developer – Local & Direct Outreach (Email, WhatsApp, Calls)
Overview:
Hashed System is hiring a Business Developer who can identify and connect with local businesses through email marketing, WhatsApp, and direct calls. The role focuses on expanding our regional client base, building relationships, and introducing our software and digital solutions to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and build lists of potential local clients across various industries.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote company services.
Reach out to prospects via WhatsApp, calls, or direct messages to introduce offerings.
Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Understand client needs and propose relevant software solutions.
Maintain records of conversations, follow-ups, and leads in CRM or Excel tracker.
Support marketing activities, including events or local campaigns when needed.
Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or client communication (preferably in IT or software).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and local language.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
Good understanding of digital services (websites, apps, booking systems, CRM, etc.).
Comfortable with making calls and reaching out to new clients daily.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
