About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and articulate B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a crucial office-based role focused on driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the education sector (schools, colleges, universities) and corporate offices across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within schools and corporate offices. This involves researching target institutions, identifying key decision-makers (e.g., IT Managers, Principals, Office Managers), and building a robust sales pipeline.
Direct Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting from the office via phone calls, personalized emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to introduce our products and services.
Needs Analysis: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their specific IT needs, whether it's a bulk purchase of laptops for a computer lab, a complete network overhaul, or an IT setup for a new office.
Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients through consistent and professional follow-up, providing them with relevant information and tailored solutions.
Sales & Marketing Collateral Management: Prepare and customize marketing materials, proposals, and quotations to meet the specific requirements of each prospect.
Database Management: Meticulously maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with all lead information, communication logs, and sales activities.
Achieve Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments set, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide clients with accurate technical information.
