Responsibilities
As a Business Developer at Atracio, you will be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the MENA region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to devise effective campaigns and promotional activities.

Identifying emerging trends and market demands to inform enhancements to Atracio’s ERP solutions.

Negotiating and closing business deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful business development in the MENA region, preferably within the software or ERP industry.

Strong understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the ERP or related software industry.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the business software domain.

Fluency in multiple languages, especially Arabic.
