About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to business growth. This role requires working on-site during evening to night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Track and report sales performance and pipeline updates
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
- Must be available for on-site evening to night shifts
