Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Senior Business Developer with proven B2B sales expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development within a software house, with strong skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, B2B outreach, staff augmentation, Upwork bidding, PeoplePerHour, proposal writing, email marketing, social media, and client management. As a Senior Business Developer at The Revolution Technologies, you will drive client expansion, secure high-value deals, and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue B2B leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and other platforms. Bid on relevant projects, including staff augmentation opportunities, to secure new business.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling, customized proposals that highlight our software capabilities, staff augmentation services, and tailored solutions for client needs.
  • B2B Outreach: Execute targeted cold outreach via WhatsApp, email marketing, and social media to build a robust pipeline of enterprise clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships through proactive communication and support across the project lifecycle.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and B2B opportunities to drive growth in software development and staff augmentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and delivery teams to align on client requirements and ensure project success.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to fuel company growth.
  • Networking: Leverage industry events, conferences, and professional networks to expand B2B connections.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, proposals, and deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales within a software house or IT services firm.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including successful bidding on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and staff augmentation projects.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and multi-channel outreach (WhatsApp, email, social media).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and staff augmentation.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
