We are hiring a proactive Business Developer – Upwork, with 1 year of experience in the software industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s profiles on Upwork.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Craft well-structured and persuasive proposals based on client needs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach and client engagement on Upwork.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies

Skills required:

• Bachlors in CS, IT, or any relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of IT services, software development, and basic project management.
• Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and meet deadlines.
