Business Developer (Upwork – Design Niche)

Location: Capital Co-operative Society, Scheme 33, Karachi

Timing: Onsite — Monday to Friday & Sunday (9 PM – 6 AM)

The Flay is looking for a Business Developer who understands how to generate and close clients through Upwork in the design space.

This role is for someone who already has hands-on experience in:

• Identifying quality jobs
• Writing custom & tailored proposals
• Handling client communication professionally
• Following up with leads
• Understanding client requirements
• Closing deals in the design niche

The ideal candidate should have experience with services like:

• Branding
• UI/UX Design
• Website Design
• Social Media Design
• Creative & Marketing Design Services

Requirements:

• Strong English communication
• Experience with Upwork bidding
• Understanding of client psychology
• Ability to avoid generic proposals
• Basic understanding of sales & conversion
• Ability to work independently and consistently

This is NOT a copy-paste bidding role.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, identify serious buyers, and help build a predictable client acquisition system.

✅ Relevant Upwork/Business Development experience preferred.
