As we continue to expand our services and client base, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Developer / Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads, write tailored proposals, and manage client communications on Upwork. The ideal candidate understands how Upwork works, knows how to identify high-potential projects, and can effectively communicate technical services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze relevant job opportunities on Upwork
- Write customized, high-quality proposals based on project requirements
- Understand client needs and communicate solutions clearly
- Manage client conversations, follow-ups, and lead qualification
- Assist in pricing, estimations, and proposal refinement
- Maintain knowledge of company services and offerings
- Help improve proposal conversion rates and overall bidding strategy
- Collaborate with the technical team for accurate project understanding
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding / business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of Web, Mobile, Full-Stack, and AI-based solutions
- Experience writing technical and non-technical proposals
- Familiarity with Upwork job filtering, profile optimization, and bidding strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of development technologies is a plus (Flutter, React, Node.js, etc.)
