Business Developing Manager- Legal and Medical Marketing

We are the leading the personal injury medical groups specializing in mid-level care, chiropractic, physical therapy, TBI, rehab, pain management and orthopedic for BRAIN, SPINE and JOINT injuries after car accidents.

Our mission is to build relationship by collaboration with area medical clinics and personal injury attorneys.

We are paying top base-salary and high commission for a highly motivated, well-connected professional who knows how to cultivate, grow, and maintain referral relationships with PI attorneys and area medical centers to generate a consistent flow of new patient referrals.

We are also needing this person to have expert-level knowledge of social media marketing.

The Opportunity:

This is not a generic marketing role — this is a relationship-driven business development position for someone who understands the Personal Injury ecosystem.

You will be the face of our clinic to attorneys, law firm decision-makers, medical clinics. Your primary task is to build long term relationship and trust with the area PI attorneys and medical clinics in order to increase referrals to our clinics and providers.

If you have an existing network of PI attorneys and know how to turn those connections into active referral pipelines, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strong, long-term referral partnerships with PI attorneys and law firms and local medical facilities.
• Strategically position our clinics, our physicians and providers as car-accident specialists and experts withing the medical and legal communities.
• Social Media Marketing with expert-level skillsets: To run our social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Attend networking events, firm meetings, and community outreach activities to expand relationships
• Track and manage attorney accounts, ensuring ongoing communication and service excellence

Qualifications

• Proven success in Personal Injury marketing, attorney relations, medical marketing and social media marketing
• Established network within the PI legal community (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills — confident communicating with attorneys and medical professionals alike
• Goal-oriented, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Reliable transportation and availability for local travel
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
