Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients to secure new business deals.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software HUB Spot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and strategic initiatives to optimize future efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills coupled with the ability to execute detailed action plans effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the company and clients.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and how they integrate into business growth strategies.
  • Effective project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
