Business Development Executive (Female) — Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion Strategy (Not Telecalling Monkey Work)

  • Create conversion frameworks for maternity, newborn, and family photography leads.
  • Identify barriers to conversion (pricing fears, delay, family decision blockage, timing) and build scripts + workflows to crush them.
  • Design end-to-end persuasion funnels: initial contact → nurturing → objection handling → closing → upselling.

2. Sales Process Optimization (Fix, Test, Scale)

  • Audit current Raika Photography sales pipeline.
  • Rebuild WhatsApp + call + follow-up flows into high-conversion sequences, not random messages.
  • Build multiple offer angles for different customer segments: emotional, luxury, budget, seasonal, milestone-based.
  • Cut steps that waste time, add automation where human effort is not needed.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Implement a long-term touchpoint system: post-shoot nurturing, festival greetings, birthday reminders, new baby check-ins.
  • Convert past customers into referral machines using loyalty points, referral codes, exclusive perks.
  • Maintain customer records that don’t rot in Google Sheets: structured CRM, notes, follow-up reminders.

4. Revenue Growth Execution

  • Don’t just “follow instructions” — create and test new offers (baby + maternity combo, mini-shoots, upsell albums, lifetime packages).
  • Identify B2B tie-ups (gynecologists, hospitals, birthing centers, baby stores, influencers).
  • Track CAC, conversion %, average revenue per customer — and improve them month over month, not give excuses.

5. Funnel Nurturing & Psychology

  • Build scripts using emotion, logic, social proof and FOMO — not robotic telecalling.
  • Personal follow-up messages that feel human and valuable — not “Madam do you want photoshoot?”
  • Understand customer objections deeper than price: safety, style, trust, husband decision, time, newborn health.

6. Team Coordination

  • Work directly with the sales team and photographers.
  • Improve how shoots are explained, scheduled, delivered.
  • Make sure leads don’t die because someone “forgot to follow-up”.

7. Data-Driven

  • Weekly review: leads received, leads hot/cold/dead, reason for loss, potential retarget.
  • Convert information into decisions, not copy-paste Excel.

Pay: ₹15,304.19 - ₹61,530.63 per month
