Stratford VNA is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of our team as Business Development. This is a great opportunity for you to use your sales skills and experience to expand business opportunities with our referral partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and physician offices. • Generate referrals for our skilled homecare and private duty programs
• Conduct market analysis, develop a sales strategy, and quarterly goals
• Identify and prioritize potential referral partners and key decision-makers within each location
• Build relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and key referral partners
• Evaluate results and effectiveness of sales calls and activities
• Leverage relationships with referral partners in the community and post acute providers for patient referrals

You will be working with appropriate VNA staff and Intake, as needed, to focus on relationship development. This candidate should demonstrate exemplary communication, organizational skills, as well as previous sales experience and demonstrated success.
