Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Software Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, and reports.
Conduct online and offline product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven experience in product demonstrations and sales closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work smart independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
