Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Business Development Executive to support the commercial growth of our premium women’s magazine and digital media platform. This role is designed for professionals who can strategically connect brands with high-impact media solutions in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and women-centric segments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard advertisers, brand partners, and agencies across the UAE

Pitch integrated media solutions including print, digital, and social media campaigns

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close revenue-generating deals

Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets

Coordinate with editorial and creative teams for campaign execution

Candidate Profile

Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply

Prior experience in media sales, advertising, business development, or brand partnerships is an advantage

Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management abilities

Professional, confident, and target-driven approach

Interest in media, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or women-focused brands

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Role: Salary starting from AED 3,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Part-Time / Hybrid Roles: Commission-based earnings structure
