We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business / Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other outbound channels
  • Execute high-volume, personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and build strong engagement
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and leads in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • minimum 6-months to 1 -year of proven experience in Sales Development / Business Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and client outreach
  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, also Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Background in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, or outsourcing industries (preferred)
