Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with healthcare RCM domain knowledge. You will be responsible for generating new client opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires ownership, consultative selling skills, and strong process orientation.
Key responsible
Identify and engage potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare companies) for RCM and payment posting services.
Conduct consultative discussions with clients to understand their billing and revenue cycle needs.
Develop and present customized proposals that align with client requirements.
Maintain and manage sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Collaborate with internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, calls, and events.
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to improve offerings.
