Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering services, the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and a track record of successfully driving sales and business expansion..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm across key engineering sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with project teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and service offerings that meet client requirements.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop long-term business strategies and growth plans.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build the firm’s brand presence and generate leads..

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
