Job Title: Business Development & Academic Partnerships Executive (Aviation & Training)

Location: Karachi

About Us

Aviation + DG Training School (ADG) is an IATA-accredited CBTA training provider, working closely with airlines, airports, and academic institutions to deliver compliant, industry-ready aviation and Dangerous Goods training. We are expanding our academic partnerships with airport colleges, aviation institutes, and universities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Business Development & Academic Partnerships Executive to support our growth with airport colleges and aviation institutes. This role focuses on outreach, coordination, and pipeline development, while senior leadership handles final presentations and deal closures.

This is an execution-heavy, relationship-oriented role, not aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Academic Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify airport colleges, aviation institutes, and universities
  • Build and maintain a structured lead database
  • Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone

2️ First-Level Qualification

  • Understand institutional needs and existing programs
  • Identify decision-makers (Principal, Dean, Program Head, HR)
  • Explain basic concepts (aviation training, DG, CBTA) clearly and professionally

3️ Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule meetings with senior management
  • Share presentations and documents in advance
  • Follow up post-meetings and track next steps

4️ Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain a simple sales tracker (Excel / CRM)
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups without pressure tactics

Final discussions and agreements will be handled by senior management.

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

  • 1–4 years experience in:
  • Education / training sales
  • Academic partnerships
  • Aviation, logistics, or B2B services
  • Experience dealing with institutions, not retail customers

Skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Professional email etiquette
  • Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and follow-up oriented

Personality Fit

  • Polite, confident, and patient
  • Not aggressive or pushy
  • Comfortable working independently with clear KPIs

Work Structure

  • Part-time (4–5 hours/day)
  • Flexible
  • Initial 30-day evaluation period
